Examining History to Change the Future

Rev. Rachel Griffin (formerly Baughman) and Alyssa Robinson look at the history of racism and exclusion in our churches and culture as a whole. The only way that we can change the future is to understand how we got here and, as a result, continue to feed into racism because of our lack of understanding.

Rachel shares advice for having difficult conversations about race and how to handle ourselves when we realize we're getting it wrong. The first step to ending racism is looking inside ourselves and educating ourselves on where we've made mistakes.
