Rev. Doug Meyer is the Assoc. Pastor of Caring Ministries at Trietsch and admits that he is just now figuring out fasting. In all of his years of ministry, he is still trying to learn how fasting can help him grow closer to God. Bottom line... it's okay to not have it figured out!
